Our apartments are an excellent option for those who are looking for an active vacation, as you can visit the best restaurants in Cancun, Yacht Rides and the best parks such as Excaret, Natural Garrafon and Dolphin Discovery (nature reserve) although they are also very interesting options to visit Isla Mujeres which is located just across the street and the apartments are 2 minutes walk from the ferry terminal's Puerto Juarez.

Spectacular apartment located in the residential Puerta del Mar Amara building, fully furnished and equipped 110m2 for 8pax. It has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, 1 full bathroom, 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom with a king size bed and the other bedroom with 3 single beds and closet, the living room is very spacious and has 3 double sofa beds, dining room and terrace with spectacular ocean views.

Air conditioning in all rooms. It has a living room with TV / Wifi and a large sofa, a dining table, kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, washing machine and common areas with pool, playground, gym and direct access to the beach from the condo. We have daily maid service, kitchen and laundry with extra cost if you wish.
The complex and its location
In the complex you can also enjoy its common areas, the development offers its guests 260 linear meters of beach, dry marina, 1 hectare of green areas in front of the buildings with games for children, grills, an impressive pool of over 1,100 square meters with 2 Palapas of which one of them has a restaurant to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Caribbean Sea, also has a Gym overlooking the sea, Kids Club, Family Room and terrace for Yoga and Massage.
Its excellent location from the airport: 12 km (30 minutes). Hotel Zone: 5 km (20 minutes) Next to the condos is Puerto Juarez where early in the morning you can get FRESH FISH right after being caught by the sailors. At 2 minutes from the Condo you can take the ferry to Isla Mujeres where you can snorkel, swim with dolphins and spend a wonderful day. And only 10 minutes to the hotel zone where you will find shopping malls, restaurants, bars and lots of entertainment.

We have transfer/shuttle service, or rented vehicle or public transportation to get to the apartment.
It is a 4 minute walk to the ferry from Isla Mujeres.
Two free parking spaces are available if you bring your car.
